Pass delivery policy
Rang – The Multiart Studio sells passes for workshops, classes and events. We do not sell or ship physical products, so nothing is posted or couriered.
How you receive your pass
- Straight after payment: Razorpay emails a payment receipt to the address you entered. This receipt is your proof of booking.
- Within 48 hours: we send a confirmation by email or WhatsApp with the venue address, date, time and anything you need to bring.
- Before the event: we send a reminder with any last details.
At the venue
Show your Razorpay receipt or our confirmation message, on your phone or printed, along with the name used for the booking.
Didn't receive anything?
Check your spam folder first. If the receipt or confirmation still hasn't arrived within 48 hours, contact us with your name and the phone number or email you used.
