This policy explains what personal information Rang – The Multiart Studio collects through rangmultiart.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, city, art form, the options you choose, preferred dates, portfolio link and message.
- Best wishes box: your name and the message you write. We read every one, and we will not publish a message with your name without asking you first.
- Bookings: when you buy a pass, Razorpay collects your name, email address, phone number and payment details. We receive your name, contact details and what you bought. We never see your full card, UPI or bank details.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and plan workshops, rentals, performances or collaborations with you.
- To confirm bookings and send venue details, schedules, reminders and changes.
- To tell you about workshops or events you asked to hear about. You can ask us to stop at any time.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who else handles it
- Netlify hosts this website and stores enquiry and best wishes submissions.
- Razorpay processes payments, under its own privacy policy.
- Google Maps shows the map on our homepage and may set cookies in your browser.
Cookies
Our own pages do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The embedded Google map and the Razorpay payment page may use cookies of their own.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and booking records for as long as we need them to deal with you, and booking records for as long as the law requires for accounts and tax.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Write to us using the details below and we will act on it within 30 days.
