Refund and cancellation policy
All bookings are final. Once a pass is booked, it cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.
This policy applies to passes for workshops, classes and events at Rang – The Multiart Studio, bought through rangmultiart.com.
If you can't attend
We can't cancel or refund your pass, including if you miss the workshop. You may give your pass to someone else: send us their name before the workshop starts.
If a workshop starts late
Workshops may sometimes start late or run differently from the schedule because of issues outside our control. A delay is not a reason for a refund.
If we change the date or time
Your pass moves to the new date or time automatically. If you can't make it, you may give your pass to someone else.
If we cancel a workshop
If Rang cancels a workshop and does not offer a new date, you get a full refund of the amount you paid, to your original payment method. We start these refunds within 5 working days; banks usually take another 5 to 7 working days to show the money.
