Terms and conditions
These terms apply when you use rangmultiart.com or book a pass for a workshop, class or event at Rang – The Multiart Studio (“Rang”, “we”, “us”) in Surat, Gujarat, India. By booking, you agree to them.
Bookings and passes
- Passes are sold online through Razorpay, our payment partner. Prices are in Indian rupees (₹).
- Each pass admits one person to the event it was bought for.
- Each event has a limited number of passes, and the number one person can buy at a time may be limited.
- All bookings are final. Passes cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once booked; see our refund and cancellation policy.
- A booking is confirmed once your payment succeeds and Razorpay emails your receipt.
- Please give a correct name, email address and phone number. We use them to send your confirmation, the venue address and any changes.
Changes to an event
Sometimes we may need to change a date, time, venue or facilitator. If that happens we will tell pass holders by email, phone or WhatsApp as early as we can. What you can do next is set out in our refund and cancellation policy.
At the studio
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may have to wait for a suitable break to join.
- Workshops may sometimes start late or run differently from the published schedule because of issues outside our control. A delay is not a reason for a refund.
- Food is not allowed inside the studio. Drinking water is fine.
- Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not allowed anywhere in the studio.
- Workshops can involve movement and physical exercises. Tell the facilitator about any injury or condition that might affect you, and take part at a level that is safe for you.
- Look after your belongings. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged at the studio.
- We may refuse entry or ask someone to leave if their behaviour is unsafe or disrespectful to others. No refund is due in that case.
- We may photograph or film parts of an event to share on our website and social media. If you would rather not appear, tell us at the start of the event.
Our website
The text, logo and images on this website belong to Rang. Please do not copy them without permission. We try to keep event information accurate, but details can change; the confirmation we send you is the final word.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute.
